Accounts
You must give a valid email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Purchases and plans
Prices are listed in US dollars and charged in Bangladeshi taka at the exchange rate shown at checkout.
Plans give access to all paid prompt templates for the stated period and do not renew automatically. Single prompts and packages stay in your library after purchase.
Digital store products are delivered as described on each product page.
Licence to use templates
When you unlock a template you may use it, and the results you create with it, in personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, republish or share the templates themselves as a collection.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to access other accounts, or disrupt the service. Do not use templates to create harmful, deceptive or illegal content.
AI output
AI models can produce inaccurate or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing anything you generate before you use or publish it.
Intellectual property
The site design, text and templates are owned by StackPrompt or its licensors. Brand names of third-party AI tools and products belong to their owners.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, StackPrompt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
